Shocked that Indians are still treated as "nobody" !! To my utter disgust I discovered, that the hotel is so biased when it came to culture! The irony here is, the hotel is owned by an Indian, situated in a lane busily occupied by Indians! In spite being in a diamond suite on the 35th floor, my kids were not offered a glass of water.. there was nobody from the staff to drop us to our room. Mr. Vikas, obviously an Indian who could at least relate to my fury, was the CEO at the time. He says he is aware of the cold and ill mannered attitude of the young Thai and Philippine staff that he had hired there. Over all, a very sad and depressing stay at the hotel, won't recommend any Indians to look at it as an option to stay while in Bangkok. (Not at least for another one year, because I am sure that the Vikas needs more than a year to do so! )
